Staff and customers at Kyteler’s Inn on Kieran Street are celebrating after being crowned the Best Tourist Bar in the country for a second year running at a prestigious awards ceremony in Dublin on Tuesday night.

"This venue is no stranger to tourists, traditional music or as a winner of accolades. Upon visiting this bar it was heart-warming to hear a traditional Irish band sing a few lines in German to the German tourists visiting the region. This venue is always has a fantastic atmosphere and equally good service," remarked one of the judges at the licensing world awards ceremony.
