Elita Hair Salon is run and owned by Svetlana Milcheva. Svetlana is a fully qualified stylist and colour technican. She qualified in Bulgaria in 1997 and has been working in Kilkenny for the since 2004. She is very well known and recommended throughout Kilkenny.

"Recommended -  I was rushing past at just a few minutes short of 6pm and just asked her was she still open (as much of Kilkenny seems to shut at 5.30pm!) as I needed a quick wash and blowdry. She very willingly said she'd be able to do my hair. She did a marvellous job, I was so pleased with it!
